Women's Lacrosse Heads To Canisius

Game will be broadcasted on TWCS

BUFFALO, N.Y.—The Binghamton women's lacrosse team (2-2) returns to action today as they travel to Canisius for a 4 p.m. game against the Golden Griffins (0-1). The game will be broadcasted on the Time Warner Cable Sports Channel.
 
QUICK HITS
Last week Jacqueline Kennedy led the Bearcats with six points (four goals, two assists).

Freshman Rebecca Golderman has scored a pair of goals in each of the last two games for the Bearcats.

Binghamton goalies have out-saved opponents 32-18 this year.
 
LAST TIME OUT
The Bearcats got ahead early, and stayed ahead en route to a 13-7 win against Quinnipiac. Jacqueline Kennedy led the way with three goals and two assists, Sophia Racciatti had two goals and two assists, and Allie Rodgers had four caused turnovers and five ground balls.
 
SCOUTING CANISIUS
The Golden Griffins are coming off a 13-11 loss at Michigan last Friday. Erica Evans scored five goals and Canisius led 9-6 at the half, but a second half surge from Michigan held off the Griffs.
 
ALL-TIME SERIES
Canisius leads the all-time series 10-2, and have won three straight against the Bearcats. Last year the Golden Griffins prevailed 12-8 at the Bearcats Sports Complex.
