YORKTOWN, N.Y.—The Binghamton women's lacrosse team will travel to Yorktown High School on Friday, March 25, for a non-conference matchup against the No. 18 Ohio State Buckeyes. The game is scheduled to start at 5 p.m., with Ohio State serving the role of the home team.
 
QUICK HITS
Binghamton is third in the America East with a goals against average of 8.11. Goalkeepers Erin McNulty and Emma Jehle have combined for a .476 save percentage, second best in the conference.
 
Callon Williams has registered a point in every game so far this season (eight games). The junior's streak dates back to April 4 of last season, a fourteen game point streak.
 
Eight games into the season, and the Bearcats have a 4-4 record. It's the third straight season the team has carried .500 winning percentage into their ninth game or later.
 
LAST TIME OUT
Binghamton shut down the Sacred Heart offense in the first half, and used timely goals in the second to win 9-7. Goalkeeper Emma Jehle surrendered only one goal in her one half of play, while Valerie DeNapoli and Rebecca Golderman each registered a pair of goals.
 
SCOUTING OHIO STATE
Ohio State has won four straight games, including an 8-7 victory against then-No. 18 Johns Hopkins. Cian Dabrowski leads the team with 21 goals, while Rainey Hodgson leads with 30 points (17 G, 13 A). The Buckeyes are the second ranked team to face the Binghamton this season. No. 3 Syracuse defeated the Bearcats 9-6 on February 14.
