Men’s Soccer Travels to George Washington

Bearcats and Colonials square off at 2 p.m.






STORY LINES

Binghamton (1-0-0) defeated Canisius 2-1 in its season opener on Friday night at the Bearcats Sports Complex. Sophomore midfielder Harrison Weilbacher finished with a goal and an assist, while sophomore forward Nikos Psarras scored the other goal.

George Washington (1-0-0) rallied for a 2-1, season-opening win over William & Mary on Friday night. Dylan Lightbourn scored the game-winning goal in the 57th minute. The Colonials are the defending Atlantic-10 Conference regular-season champions.

This marks the first meeting between Binghamton and George Washington in men's soccer.
