Women's Lacrosse Heads to Dartmouth

Bearcats looking for consecutive road wins

HANOVER, N.H. - The Binghamton women's lacrosse team heads to Hanover, New Hampshire Saturday, February 25 for a non-league matchup against Dartmouth. The game is set for a 12 p.m. start time.

Binghamton (1-2) is coming off a 16-12 win against Colgate, their first win of the season and their first win over the Raiders in four years. The Bearcats offense was led by sophomore Rebecca Golderman, as she netted a game-high five goals and secured four successful draw controls. Tiffany Ryan added four as well and Emma Jehle made seven crucial saves in the net. Golderman leads the team with 11 goals this season and is tied with Ryan for total points (11).

Dartmouth was picked to finish fifth in Ivy League after going 7-8 last season. Heading Dartmouth's offense is Taryn Deck, who leads the team in points, goals, assists and shots coming into this season. Currently 2-0, the Big Green are coming off an 18-8 win against New Hampshire on the road. In their first win of the season, they defeated UMass Lowell 11-9.

This is the first time the two teams have ever met.
