STORY LINES

- Binghamton (5-8-3, 2-4-0 AE) lost 1-0 at Hartford on Saturday despite outshooting the Hawks 18-7. The Bearcats also held an 11-2 advantage in shots on goal.

- Junior midfielder Noah Luescher continues to lead the Bearcats with five goals and 12 total points so far this season. Freshman forward Oliver Svalander ranks second with three goals and seven total points.

- Albany (9-5-1, 4-2-0 AE) won 1-0 over No. 14 New Hampshire last Friday night. Austin DaSilva netted his team-high 12th goal of the season in the 23rd minute.

- DaSilva ranks first in the America East with 0.93 goals per game and 1.92 total points per game. Luescher is sixth with 0.38 goals per game and 0.86 total points per game.

- Binghamton leads the all-time series against Albany 9-8-3. The Great Danes, however, have taken the past three meetings. Last year, Albany won 3-0 at home over the Bearcats on Oct. 31. Binghamton's last win in the series was a 1-0 triumph at Albany in the 2015 America East semifinals.

- Binghamton has already clinched a berth in the America East Tournament for the first time since 2016. The Bearcats will be the No. 6 seed and will go on the road for a quarterfinal match on Saturday against the No. 3 seed.

- Albany, Hartford and Vermont are all in position to be the No. 3 seed in the America East Tournament. The Great Danes, however, would finish No. 2 and earn a first-round bye with a win over the Bearcats.

- The Bearcats are looking to conclude a successful season at home. Heading into the match against Albany, they are 4-2-1 at the Bearcats Sports Complex and have won their past two games by a 3-1 margin.
