VESTAL, N.Y. – The Binghamton University Athletic Department has released its schedule of events for Homecoming Weekend, which will be held Sept. 20-22. In addition to the alumni gatherings and tailgate, the men's and women's soccer teams have home games during that stretch.

Several Binghamton athletic programs have formal alumni events during the weekend. The women's soccer team will hold their alumni game on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at the Bearcats Sports Complex followed by the men's and women's lacrosse will start at 1 p.m.

The men's soccer team host Monmouth on Saturday at 6 p.m. while the women face Vermont on Sunday at 1 p.m. in their America East Conference opener.

The men's soccer Homecoming game will once again be preceded by the annual tailgate, which will be held from 3-6 p.m. in the Events Center parking lot. The Varsity Club will have a tent with food and drinks open to all former Binghamton  intercollegiate athletes. Since the facility opened in 2007, the men's soccer Homecoming Game has averaged 1,969 fans and has sold out twice (2,500).
