VESTAL, NY – The Binghamton Athletic Department has reached a major milestone in terms of staff giving. For the first time in school history, 100 percent of full-time employees have made commitment to better the Binghamton Bearcats student-athlete experience by making a financial gift for the 2021-22 academic year.

"I want to personally thank each and every member or our Athletics Department for their support and belief in our mission," Binghamton Interim Director of Athletics Dennis Kalina said. "By reaching 100 percent participation, it highlights that not only are we committed to the success of our 450 student-athletes here at Binghamton but we are showing it as well. With private giving growing increasingly critical to maintain success in Division I Athletics, we can proudly display that we're not asking our supporters to do anything we ourselves aren't already doing". 

Financial gifts towards the Binghamton Athletic Department include annual giving, capital projects, planned giving, team support, special events and scholarships.
