Box Score TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Host Alabama (11-5) broke the game open with eight runs in the fourth inning and the Crimson Tide went on to a 14-2 win over Binghamton baseball (3-8) Saturday afternoon at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.Â
Alabama plated five runs in the first and led 6-1 before breaking the game open in the fourth. In the frame, the Tide batted around and scored the eight runs on just four hits. Alabama bunched all its scoring into three innings and limited BU to just four hits.Â

Binghamton outscored Alabama 1-0 over the final 4 1/2 innings, thanks to strong bullpen work and a solo home run from freshman pinch hitter
Nick Roselli in the top of the ninth. Roselli sent a 3-1 pitch over the right field wall for his first collegiate home run.Â
