VESTAL, N.Y. – For the second weekend in a row, the Binghamton swimming & diving teams will take part in a pair of meets. The Bearcats head to Cornell on Friday and host Canisius on Saturday.

Against the Big Red, the diving events will start at 2 p.m. followed by the swimming portion of the meet at 5 p.m. The following day, the diving events start at 11:30 a.m. followed by the swimming events at 1 p.m.

The meet against Canisius marks the Bearcats' final home meet of 2023.

Binghamton has the current women's Swimmer and Diver of the Week. Senior Maddie Hoover won five individual events and swam on two first-place relays last weekend while sophomore Elizabeth Tirado won three diving events.

The Bearcat men's team, meanwhile, has posted the past two America East Swimmers of the Week. Junior Elijah Lanfear was the choice two weeks ago while senior Henry Shemet is the current honoree.
