HAMILTON, N.Y. (BUBearcats.com) - The Binghamton women's lacrosse team (1-2, 0-0) will head to Colgate (0-2, 0-0) Wednesday for a midweek, non-conference match-up on Crown Field at Andy Kerr Stadium. Start time is scheduled for 5 p.m.

The Bearcats seek their second win of the season against the Raiders after downing Marist 20-9, last Sunday at the Bearcat Sports Complex.

Abigail Carroll highlighted action for BU, registering a career-high nine points on six goals and three assists. Eight other Bearcats registered goals against the Red Foxes, including hat-tricks from Olivia Muscolino and Madison Murphy.

Sofia Salgado recorded her first win for Binghamton in goal, notching six saves.

Colgate looks to gain its first win of the season after dropping games to Temple, 11-5, Feb. 10, and to Harvard, 21-6, Feb. 17.

The Raiders own a 8-7 all-time record against the Bearcats, yet BU has taken the last three contests by a 43-21 overall margin.

Next up, BU hosts Siena at the Bearcat Sports Complex, Feb. 28. Start time is slated for 3 p.m.
