UNFAMILIAR FOES IN UNFAMILIAR CITY/VENUE
Despite being just three hours away going westward across NYS, Binghamton rarely plays in Buffalo and hasn't played at the Koessler Center in 14 years. The Bearcats haven't played in the City of Buffalo in 10 years (vs. UB in 2015). Binghamton and Canisius have met only twice and Binghamton has never faced UMES.

RARE GAMES ON BACK-TO-BACK DAYS
Binghamton is playing on back-to-back days for just the second time in the last eight years and 13th time in the program's 25-year Division I era. Last season, the Bearcats played three straight days at the Lafayette Tournament and went 2-1. Before that, you have to go back to 2017-18 when Binghamton competed in the Cancun Challenge, splitting two games on successive days.

BACK TO BUFFALO FOR WILSON
With the Bearcats headed to the Canisius Queen City Classic this weekend, junior guard Bryson Wilson will return to Buffalo, where he played two seasons at University at Buffalo.

ROSTER HIT HARD BY INJURIES
The Bearcats have been dealt a series of blows to what was once a deep roster in the summer. Of the 13 scholarship players, six are currently out with injuries (46%), including three who were expected to be starters. Binghamton had seven available players for their Wednesday game vs. Misericordia, who in contrast played 20 different players.

LILLEY RACKS ANOTHER DOUBLE-DOUBLE, RANKED 2ND IN NATION
Senior center Demetrius Lilley kept up his double-double pace with 16 points and 11 rebounds against Misericordia on Wednesday. He now has four "doubles" in five games and ranks second in the country, behind only Kent State's Delrecco Gillespie, who has six. Lilley also ranks 11th in rebounding (11.6 per game). In the America East, he leads in rebounding and ranks third in scoring (16.6 ppg.).

QUIGLEY PILING UP POINTS, ASSISTS
Junior point guard Jeremiah Quigley is quickly starting to assert himself early in his Bearcat tenure. In his last four games, he is averaging 14.8 points and 7.5 assists. He leads the America East and ranks 18th in the country in assist average (6.8) and also ranks eighth in the conference in scoring (13.0). Quigley sat out the Misericordia game with a minor injury but is expected to play this weekend.

BIG RUN TO END FIRST HALF PROPELS BEARCATS PAST MISERICORDIA
On Wednesday, undermanned Binghamton ended the first half with a 27-8 run and went on to defeat visiting Misericordia 69-58. The Division III Cougars led 16-11 more than halfway through the first half before the Bearcats used the convincing run to end the period and take a 38-24 halftime lead. In the second half, Binghamton extended its lead to as many as 22 points before Misericordia used a 10-0 closing run to tighten the final margin.
