VESTAL, N.Y. – The Binghamton cross country and distance track program has announced its 2025 incoming class. The five men and four women will arrive on campus as freshmen in August.
"I'm very excited to add another great class of men and women to our program," head cross country/distance track coach Annette Acuff said. "This class certainly has both the cross country strength and track speed we need. Academically, this is also a fantastic group of student-athletes that will continue to lead us in the right direction. I am confident they will all make an immediate impact on our success this coming year."
On the men's side, Noah Hilker (Ithaca, N.Y.) is from Ithaca High School. At the New York State (NYS) Cross Country Federation Meet last fall, he was 20th overall. In track, he was second overall in the 3,000 Steeplechase (SC) at the recent NYS Outdoor Championships.
Hilker's top times are 4:17.05 in the 1,600, 9:15.78 in the 3,000 SC and 1:55.98 in the 800.
George Thomatos (Farmingdale, N.Y.) is a recent graduate of Farmingdale High School. He won the NYS Class A Section 8 cross country title last fall and was 17th overall at the ensuing NYS Class A meet. At the Nike Indoor Track National Meet, he was 13th overall in the 3,200.
Thomatos' top times are 9:19.30 in the 3,200 and 15:18.31 in the 5,000.

Anthony Zazzaro (Ballston Lake, N.Y.) will arrive from Stillwater High School. He was second at the NYS Class C Section 2 cross country meet last fall and was 15th overall at the NYS Federation Meet.
Zazzaro's best times are 1:58.80 in the 800, 4:19.83 in the 1,600 and 9:21.07 in the 3,200.
Justin Albanese (Manorville, N.Y.) is from Eastport South Manor High School. He was third at the 2024 NYS Class B Section 11 cross country meet, ninth at the NYS Class B meet and 25th overall at the NYS Federation Meet. In track, Albanese was ninth in the 1,600 at the NYS Indoor Championships as well as eighth at the NYS outdoor meet.
His top times are 4:13.60 in the 1,600 and 1:54.50 in the 800.
Finally, Leo Clark (Youngstown, N.Y.) hails from Lewistown-Porter High School. He was second overall at the NYS Class B Section 6 cross country meet last fall and was seventh in the 800 at the NYS Outdoor Championships this past month.
Clark's top times are 1:52.80 in the 800 and 4:16.13 in the 1,600.Â

On the women's side, Taylor Page (Liverpool, N.Y.) is from Liverpool High School. She was second overall at the 2024 NYS Class A Section 3 cross country meet, 15th at the NYS Class A meet and 16th at the NYS Federation Meet. In track, she was 10th overall in the 1,500 at the NYS Indoor Championships.
Page's top times are 2:13.65 in the 800, 4:40.52 in the 1,500 and 10:05.25 in the 3,000.
Alice Rappazzo (Westwood, N.J.) graduated from Westwood Regional High School. She was 15th overall at the New Jersey Cross Country Meet of Champions last fall.
Her top track time is 10:47.40 in the 3,200.
Anaya Hall (East Meadow, N.Y.) is from East Meadow High School. She was third at the 2024 NYS Class A Section A cross country meet and 34th overall at the NYS Class A Championships.
Her top track times are 2:17.27 in the 800 and 4:44.58 in the 1,500.
Rounding out the women's newcomers is Charlotte Dunkel (Latham, N.Y.), who hails from Shaker High School. She was part of the 4x800 relay team that placed fourth at the 2023 NYS Meet as well as sixth at the following New Balance Indoor National Meet.Â
Her top 800 time is 2:15.35.
