Beanies at the Ballpark

Division of Athletics announces Sunday baseball/softball giveaway

VESTAL, N.Y. – Fans attending Binghamton baseball and softball games this Sunday are in for a special giveaway as part of "Beanies at the Ballpark." The first 100 fans at each game will receive a free Binghamton beanie while supplies last.

The Bearcat softball team hosts Maine in a Sunday doubleheader at noon. The baseball team, meanwhile, welcomes Fairfield for a noon doubleheader.

"Our Beanies at the Ballpark giveaway is a great way for our fans to show support for the Bearcats both at the Ballpark and all around Binghamton," said Derrick Bradford, Senior Manager of Game Day Experience. "With spring weather still unpredictable, it's also the perfect giveaway for our fans to stay warm while cheering on the Bearcats."

Fans are encouraged to arrive early, as quantities are limited and expected to go quickly. Admission to both contests is free courtesy of United Health Services (UHS).
