Bearcats to face Georgetown Saturday

WEST POINT, N.Y. - The Binghamton University men's tennis team fell to Army in a road matchup Friday evening in West Point. The Bearcats fell by a score of 7-0, despite two players pushing singles matches to three sets.

"I'm really proud of the way the team battled today," head coach Nick Zieziula said. We were shorthanded again but we consistently put ourselves in good positions late in sets. We're learning a lot about our individual games and where we need to make adjustments. Those experiences will help us as we move through the year."

Sophomore Dylan Friedman and freshman Adi Ben Ari were able to push to three sets in their respective singles matches, while Michael Pawlowicz and Alejandro Pena fell in a narrow 7-5 doubles matchup.
