Bearcats travel to Northern Illinois for noon match Sunday

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Binghamton men's tennis team (0-2 MAC) fell to Western Michigan (14-1,3-0 MAC) 7-0 Saturday afternoon.

"Very disappointing start in doubles today, it's always hard when you're mixing doubles pairs last minute but we donated too many free points early on in games," head coach Nick Ziezula said. "We started slow in singles as well before starting to get a little traction. We need to be much more disciplined early in rallies tomorrow to work our way into things. Shourya was almost able to turn things around on his court, down 2-6,2-5 he really dug in and changed his mindset and ended up giving himself a chance in the super tie."

The Bearcats have a quick turnaround heading to Northern Illinois for a noon matchup Sunday.
