Bearcats take on Toledo Sunday at 11 a.m.

VESTAL, N.Y. - The Binghamton men's tennis team (0-4, 0-4 MAC) fell to Ball State (13-3, 2-2 MAC) Saturday afternoon at the Binghamton Tennis Center.

The Bearcats won one of three doubles matches today, as Michael Pawlowicz and Shourya Verma defeated Chris Adams and Danilo Kovacevic 6-3. Ball State won the other two matches, taking the doubles point.

"The start of the doubles was strong, we weren't hitting the ball great but we were problem solving well and put ourselves in good positions," head coach Nick Ziezula said. "We need to find a way to keep that going the whole way through. We have a lot to work on in singles. We have to give credit to Ball State, they have a solid squad this year but we have away too many streaks of errors to hang in on some courts."

Ball State won all six singles matches to earn a 7-0 victory.
