Adi Ben-Ari teamed for a 6-3 victory. The top tandem also played a strong match before the unbeaten MAC-leading Broncos captured the opening doubles point.
In singles, Verma pushed his opponent to a third set at No. 1 before falling 10-5.Â
The Bearcats next host Buffalo on April 9.Â
