Bearcats and Dolphins meet at 1 p.m. in Syracuse

VESTAL, N.Y. - Binghamton women's soccer plays its final non-conference game of the season on Sunday when the Bearcats (2-3-2) take the short drive up I-81 to face Le Moyne (1-6). The teams kick off at 1 p.m. at Ted Grant Field.

Binghamton has been idle since posting a 4-0 home win over Wagner on Sunday. In that game, the Bearcats scored three second-half goals to notch their highest scoring output of the season. Senior forward Hannah Mimas had a foot in all four goals with one tally and three assists. She became the first Binghamton player to record three assists in a game in 22 years. Freshman midfielder Anna Buckwalter added a goal and an assist and was named America East Rookie of the Week for the second time this fall. Buckwalter has three goals and seven points - both tops among conference freshmen.

Le Moyne is coming off a 5-0 loss to former America East member Stony Brook on Monday. The Dolphins also had a 4-0 setback against reigning America East champion Maine in their season opener on Aug. 15. The team's lone win was a 3-2 home victory over Iona two weeks ago. Senior midfielder Danielle Casey leads the team with two goals and five points. She was a second team All-NEC choice last season. The team returns 18 players and welcomes 11 newcomers to a program that was picked to finish ninth (of 11) in the NEC this fall.

Binghamton leads the all-time series 4-0, including a 3-0 home win last August. Current Bearcat junior Lauren Clark had a goal in that game. In the four head-to-head matchups, the Bearcats have outscored Le Moyne 19-0.
