Basketball Teams Hold Preseason Media Day

Bearcats gearing up for opening night on Nov. 3

VESTAL, N.Y. – With the start of the Binghamton basketball seasons less than two weeks away, the Bearcat men's and women's basketball teams held their annual Preseason Media Day on Tuesday afternoon at the Events Center.

Head men's coach Levell Sanders was joined by Wes Peterson and Jackson Benigni. Head women's coach Mary Grimes, meanwhile, was accompanied by Meghan Casey and Kaia Goode.

Both Bearcat teams tip off their 2025-26 campaigns on Monday, Nov. 3. The women host SUNY Geneseo at 5 p.m. while the men follow at Syracuse at 7 p.m.
