Bearcats face Orange Monday, Nov. 3 in Dome

VESTAL, N.Y. - Binghamton men's basketball will open its season at ACC member Syracuse University. The Bearcats and Orange will play for the first time in 12 years when they kick off the 2025-26 season on Monday, Nov. 3 in the 30,286-seat JMA Wireless Dome. The Syracuse game is the final piece of the 31-game regular season slate, which was announced on Friday.

The season opener will be a strong test against a Syracuse program that boasts the seventh-most wins of any NCAA Division I basketball school. The Bearcats are 0-5 all-time against the Orange and the last time they met, fourth-ranked SU posted a 93-65 win in 2013. Syracuse ranked fifth in home attendance last season, drawing an average of nearly 19K to the Dome.

"I'm happy that we were able to get Syracuse on the schedule," said Binghamton Head Men's Basketball Coach Levell Sanders. "It's good to be able to play a school in our area, especially one with such rich history. I think it's a game our fans can be excited about!"

The added game against Syracuse gives the Bearcats two contests against ACC opponents (Pitt on Dec. 17).
