Men’s Tennis Takes Down Le Moyne on Senior Day

Bearcats claim 5-2 win over first-place Dolphins in final regular season match

Box Score BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (binghamtonbearcats.com) - Binghamton Men's Tennis (10-11, 4-3) closed out the regular season with a dominant 5-2 win over first-place Le Moyne (7-10, 5-2), Friday night inside the Lane-Starke Tennis Center. 

HOW IT HAPPENED 
Binghamton recorded wins at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles to pick up an early 1-0 lead over Le Moyne heading into individual play. 

Filipe Costa and Ronin Lotlikar put the Bearcats up 3-0 with two quick victories at second and third singles before Le Moyne delivered a win in the top slot. Zubin Omar's straight-set victory at No. 5 singles then clinched the team decision for Binghamton. Both opponents tacked on two more wins to make it a 5-2 Bearcat victory.
