Men's tennis loses at Quinnipiac 6-1

Lotlikar sets career doubles mark with 73rd victory

Box Score NORTH HAVEN, Conn. – Host Quinnipiac (2-4) toppled Binghamton men's tennis (3-7) 6-1 Saturday night at the North Haven Health and Racquet Club.

The bright spot for the Bearcats occurred early as senior Ronin Lotlikar and freshman doubles partner Harry Liao posted a 7-5 win at No. 1. The victory gave Lotlikar his school-record 73rd career doubles win.

Junior No. 2 Filipe Costa provided Binghamton's lone point with a 7-6, 6-3 singles win.

The Bearcats close their road trip with a Sunday morning match at Brown in Providence.
