BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Host St. John's (4-3) rallied with wins in the final two singles matches to edge Binghamton 4-3 Sunday afternoon at McCarren Park.
The Bearcats captured the doubles point with wins at the first and third spots and then won two singles matches to put themselves on the brink of a strong win. But the final two matches at second and fourth singles went to the host Red Storm, who fought off several match points before completing the rally.

Kushaan Nath posted a three-set win at third singles after pairing with senior
Thomas Caputo for a win at the top doubles spot. Sophomore
Inigo Saez was the team's other double winner. He paired with
Ludovico Cestarollo for a win at third doubles and then rolled to a straight-set win at No. 5 singles.Â
The Bearcats (0-5) next host Drexel at 7 p.m. Friday at the Binghamton Tennis Center.Â
