WILLIAMSBURG, Va./TOWSON, Md. – Binghamton continued its track & field season at the Colonial Relays (hosted by William & Mary) and the Towson Invitational. At the Colonial Relays, the Bearcat men placed eighth out of 38 teams while the women were 13^th out of 33 squads. There was no team scoring at Towson – a meet in which only Binghamton's throwers competed.

At the Colonial Relays, Binghamton had three men win individual events. Senior Matthew Cavaliere won the 1,500 Invite (3:46.48), fellow senior Ryan Guerci took top honors in the 5,000 Invite (14:14.38) and senior Marcrene Jeannot captured the Triple Jump Invite (49-3 ½).

The top Bearcat women's finisher was junior Jenna Chan, who was second overall in the 100 Hurdles Invite (14.01). She was also fifth in the Long Jump Invite (18-3) and anchored the fourth-place 4x100 relay team (46.74), which also included senior Sophia Morone, junior Gabby Hyatt and freshman Angie Mesa-Espinosa.

At Towson, sophomore Jaston Ormsby was second overall in the men's hammer (174-8).  On the women's side, junior Gianna Hoose was third in the discus (138-5).

Up next for Binghamton is the Bucknell Outdoor Classic April 15-16.
